Andy Searles
Andy was born, raised, and educated in the United Kingdom. He has been married to Tracie since 2000, and together, they have two children, Bethany and Jonathan.
He currently serves as the Pastor of Church Together, a non-denominational congregation he helped start in 2014. He serves as a Chaplain within the Casselberry Police Department and is on the board of Leadership Seminole and the board of the Casselberry Police Foundation. He is also the Chaplain for Major League Soccer Team, Orlando City.
He was actively involved in our local school system, where he served as a member of the School Districts Business Advisory Board and Equity Committee for several years. He works closely with local organizations such as Christian Help, national groups like “The Better Man” Event, and international charities like “Nayba”.

Catch me mingling at local community events with my husband, Nick, and savoring dishes of local eateries. I'll never say no to a new adventure or listening to live music. When I'm not out and about, you can find me with my two cats, Miso and Lilo.

Carlos Peraro
Carlos is a husband and dad. He is a caretaker for some wonderful backyard chickens and an indoor dog.
He's a professional engineer and in his spare time he aspires to be a future well-known local improviser; however, he is currently only a well-known local golf cart rider.

Producer Robin
Robin has been producing the “What’s Up, Casselberry?” podcast since almost the beginning. she serves as self appointed technical director, handling a diverse number of responsibilities such as recording and editing the episodes, and other behind-the-scenes tasks.
As an audiophile and creative, she enjoys learning how to mix and edit various types of audio, creating graphics, exploring other forms of media creation.
In her spare time, she enjoys roller skating around Casselberry’s scenic walkways, taking care of her pet snake(Shady), and honing her skills on musical instruments of all kinds.
Drew Taylor
CHEERFUL ~ CONNECTOR ~ COOL
Drew Taylor serves as Pastor of Families & Connections at Willow Creek Church PCA, in Winter Springs. Drew, his beautiful wife Becky (and their growing family), have been apart of the Casselberry community since 2016, and actively serve in a number of capacities.
Drew enjoys deep friendships with several Casselberry pastors, neighbors, political leaders, business leaders, and school staff members. He enjoys fishing at Dew Drop Park, helping organize community events like “Funtober Fest,” attending the monthly Food Truck rally at Lake Concord Park, spending time walking the neighborhood with his family, and reflecting on God’s goodness in his life.
